During this Covid pandemic, Me to You Charity recognizes that the need for feminine hygiene supplies is greater than ever. This January in collaboration with our Kenyan partners, The Big Five Centre, we hosted a menstrual health workshop and donated menstrual cups to women in the Kanguruwe community of Nairobi. These women had never seen a menstrual cup before and were very excited and amused to receive one. At the workshop, volunteers shared menstrual health information and demonstrated how to safely use a menstrual cup.
